Celebrate 5 years of Geiger and 2 years since the launch of Ghost Machine with info and graphics on all 4 shared universes
Hello, Ghosties,
Gary Frank here. I’m writing today to say thank you for the support and love you’ve shown us at GHOST MACHINE over the last two years. And while this note is coming from me, it’s really from every single person at the company.
When Geoff and I launched the original GEIGER mini-series five years ago, I never could have imagined how rewarding, fun, and creatively freeing the journey would become. That spirit ultimately grew into Ghost Machine—a way to share that same excitement (and creative ownership) with some of our favorite people in comics.
Now, two years into GHOST MACHINE, we’ve launched six ongoing series—along with one-shots and miniseries—and, even more importantly, we’ve found a community of readers who’ve embraced what we’re building. Your enthusiasm has helped confirm we made the right call: forming a creative coalition where we can chase our biggest ideas and take our biggest swings as storytellers.
I also have to thank our partners at Image Comics—truly the best (and only) home for Ghost Machine. From Eric Stephenson to Todd McFarlane, Robert Kirkman, and the entire Image Central team, they’ve supported us, championed our work, and offered great guidance from day one. We’re incredibly grateful, and we couldn’t ask for better partners.
To celebrate our anniversary as a company, we’re releasing GHOST MACHINE: THE OFFICIAL GUIDEBOOK—a five-issue series that collects profiles of the characters we’ve created across our four universes of titles and stories: The Unnamed, Rook: Exodus, Hyde Street, and The Unbelievables. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’re just jumping in, we hope it’s a fun way to explore the worlds of GHOST MACHINE—and maybe discover a few surprises along the way.
We can’t wait to share what’s coming next—and we’re genuinely grateful for the love, passion, and word-of-mouth you bring to our books.
We couldn’t have done any of this without you, and it means the world to us. All of us can’t wait to keep building these stories with you.
