Scattered Futuresis a 32-page collection of 3 short sci-fi comics of hope and human connection in a harsh and uncaring future. The book tells 3 quiet tales of optimism in a world that offers little reason for it. Featuring art by Sierra Barnes (Hans Vogel is Dead), Jenny Fleming (Irea 51), and Martyn Lorbiecki, aka Mertyn, Scattered Futures is a gentle assertion of kindness and community, and a reminder that the only better future is the one we build together.
Scattered Futures is the result of my own feelings of hopelessness and despair over the last year, and my need to reassert for myself that the world can be full of beauty and meaning, but only if we are willing to make it for ourselves. — Ben Crane, flim executive, writer, comic creator
