The Power Rangers comicverse explodes outward in April!

BOOM! Studios, under license by Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS), revealed a first look at POWER RANGERS UNIVERSE #4, from acclaimed writer Nicole Andelfinger (Dragon Prince: Bloodmoon Huntress), artist Simone Ragazzoni (Odessa), colorist Mattia Iacono, and letterer Ed Dukeshire, that will delve into the deepest origins of the Power Rangers, exploring the hidden secrets of the universe like never before!

While the teens struggle with burnout from raw Grid Energy, the General offers them and the Morphinaut a deadly choice, even as they threaten to take the last remaining Arch. Will the Morphin Master teens find a way to stabilize their Grid Energy and help the Morphinaut survive the ensuing battle?

POWER RANGERS UNIVERSE #4 features main cover and incentive variant art by Dan Mora (Once & Future) and variant cover art by illustrators Keyla Valerio (Mighty Morphin), Goñi Montes (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), Jeff Dekal (Catwoman), and Helena Masellis (Stray Dogs).

With the combined efforts of Promethea and the Zords protecting the Power Chamber, Rocky, the Red Ranger, and Matt, the Green Ranger, wait in tense anticipation for the return of the Away Team. Emotions run high as Zordon acknowledges a hidden history involving him and Promethea, and how much the War has affected him, while Rocky is torn on different responsibilities that might be irreconcilable without help…

MIGHTY MORPHIN #18 features main cover art by acclaimed illustrator InHyuk Lee (Seven Secrets), and variant cover art by fan favorite artists Eleonora Carlini (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Rian Gonzales (Eternals), and Monika Palosz (Bloodshot Salvation).

Currently, Power Rangers is celebrating 29 continuous years on the air, making it one of the longest-running kids’ live-action series in television history, with over 900 episodes aired to date. Created by Haim Saban and launched in 1993 with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the series will celebrate its 29th overall season in Spring 2022, with season two of “Power Rangers Dino Fury,” airing exclusively on Netflix in the U.S.
