First off, I want to let people know that I am excited to see this film. I believe that Huge Jackman has given Logan/Wolverine the Hollywood face we’ve always wanted. Much like Christopher Reeve gave Superman the face that will be burned into our collective conscience forever. I believe Mr. Jackman truly cares for the character he’s portraying and is doing everything in his power to make sure the fanboys and regular folk get what they want out of the cinemas experience.
That being said: Why, Hollywood, are you giving away so much of Wolverine’s history that even fanboys are unsure of? Will Marvel Comics come forth and make a proclamation that Wolverine and Sabertooth are in fact brothers, sons of Dog Logan? I kind of doubt it. I’ll just be stuck explaining it to my son when he’s older.
