Well, Secret Invasion has really come to a head. It’s a very interesting thing to have a series that absolutely draws you in and compels you to get the next issue without too much actually happening 🙂
While not a lot of actual action happens, we do get some great tidbits. Like the fact that the Wasp is some sort of ringer for the Skrulls. We see Manhattan totally overwhelmed by Skrull ships. Thor meets the new Captain America as he calls for a final battle with Skrull ground troops. The Thunderbolts join the Avengers for the battle while the Hood’s syndicate waiting for their optimum moment. And the end of the issue has the splash page we have all been waiting for! (anyone else see the Skrull Galactus?) Not to mention the Nick Fury quote of the year!

Meanwhile Marvel has been advertising on ESPN2 🙂 I feel sorry for the guys who saw this and didn’t have a clue what it was (like everyone?!?)
